Coaching Philosophy
Vince believes in teaching fundamentals, building confidence, and creating a positive environment where every athlete feels supported and valued. The primary goals of CYO running are to grow in knowledge of the sport, to learn the responsibilities and rewards of being part of a team, and to prepare athletes for competitive running in high school and beyond.
Faith Connection
CYO sports are an opportunity to live out our call to Missionary Discipleship. As such, each practice and meet involves prayer. Athletes are encouraged to recognize the presence of God in their surroundings, the love of Christ in their teammates and competitors, and the power of the Holy Spirit in their own athletic achievement.
